To qualify

• The competitor must be an Australian registered retailer selling to Australian customers.
• The bike must be the same underlying model/platform and materially the same specification, including battery configuration, motor system, frame/platform and major components.
• The competitor bike must be brand new, in stock and available for immediate purchase.
• The lower price must be publicly advertised and verifiable on the competitor’s website at the time of the claim.
• We compare the total delivered price, including GST, mandatory charges and delivery to the customer’s postcode.
• The competitor price must be available to the general public without membership, trade status, a private quote or negotiated discount.
• The claim must be made before purchase and include a working link or sufficient evidence for Evolve Bikes to verify the offer.

Not included

• Used, ex-demo, refurbished or damaged bikes.
• Clearance, liquidation, closing-down or insolvency sales.
• Auction or marketplace listings, including Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree or private sellers.
• Overseas retailers or direct overseas imports.
• Trade, fleet, wholesale or commercial pricing.
• Coupon codes, loyalty rewards, cashback or targeted/private offers.
• Pricing errors, discontinued stock, or offers not actually available for purchase at the advertised price.
• Bundles with materially different accessories, batteries or equipment.
• Products that cannot be reasonably verified as the same underlying bike/platform and specification.

Price matching cannot be combined with another Evolve Bikes promotional code, negotiated discount or special offer unless expressly agreed by Evolve Bikes.

This Price Match Guarantee is an additional Evolve Bikes policy and does not limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
