Shipping & Delivery
Evolve Bikes ships from Australian warehouse locations, with orders allocated from the closest available warehouse based on stock and your delivery address.
Bike shipping rates
- NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC & SA: Free bike delivery.
- WA, NT & TAS: $149 flat-rate bike delivery.
Some regional or remote destinations may require a separate freight quote if standard carrier coverage is unavailable. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch.
Where orders are dispatched from
Stock is dispatched from the closest available Evolve warehouse in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, depending on the model, colour and current stock allocation.
Dispatch & transit times
In-stock bikes are prepared for dispatch as promptly as possible after payment is confirmed. Carrier transit times vary by destination and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Tracking details are provided where available.
Carbon MTB & Carbon EMTB special orders
Evolve Evo Carbon MTB and Evo Carbon EMTB models are special-order bikes. Please allow approximately 30–40 business days from confirmed payment for arrival. This lead time is separate from final domestic delivery time once the bike reaches Australia and is ready for dispatch.
How your bike arrives & final assembly
Your Evolve bike arrives approximately 90% assembled to make final setup straightforward.
Inside the box you will generally receive:
- The tools required for final assembly
- Tyre pump
- Manufacturer model booklet
- Bike and fitted components
- Model-specific accessories where applicable
Basic self-assembly guide
Before starting, open the carton carefully and safely remove all packaging and cable ties. Take care not to cut, pull or damage electrical cables, brake hoses or wiring.
- Install the front rack — where fitted or selected.
- Attach and align the handlebars.
- Install the throttle — where supplied and permitted for the intended use.
- Connect electrical cables — match each connector carefully using the corresponding colour-coded connections. Do not force connectors.
- Fit the black rubber cable/port plug where supplied.
- Install the front wheel and confirm it is centred and securely fastened. The front brake may require adjustment or alignment after installation.
- Fit the black plastic axle/nut covers where supplied.
- Install the pedals, stand and rear foot pegs where applicable.
- Complete a final nut-and-bolt check, tightening all fittings to the appropriate specification before riding.
Before your first ride: Check tyre pressure, front and rear brakes, wheel security, handlebars, pedals, electrical connections and all fasteners. Test the bike at low speed in a safe area before normal riding.
If you are not confident completing the final setup or brake adjustment, we recommend having the bike checked by a qualified bicycle mechanic.
Check your delivery on arrival
Please inspect the carton and bike as soon as practical after delivery. If there is visible freight damage, photograph the packaging and affected area before discarding the carton and contact Evolve Bikes promptly so we can help.
Need help with your postcode?
If you are unsure whether standard carrier delivery is available to your address, contact us with your postcode and the bike you are considering before ordering.
Shipping availability and freight charges apply to bike orders unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page or at checkout. Delivery arrangements may change where carrier restrictions, dangerous-goods requirements, remote-area access or exceptional circumstances affect a destination.
